FAQ Q: What should I wear?A: For the rage room, please have on long sleeved shirt, long pants (that cover all skin and ankles) and close toed shoes. Flip flops, sandals and soft soled shoes are not allowed. For the paint splatter room, please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting stained. We have ponchos, however you may still end up with some paint on your clothes or shoes. Q: What is the minimum age for the rage room and splatter room? A: The minimum age for the rage room is 16 and 12 for the splatter room (all for safety reasons). Anyone under 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN ABLE TO SIGN THE RELEASE WAIVER FOR THE MINOR. Q: Is there music in the smash rooms? A: Yes, we have Bluetooth speakers in each room for you to stream your music or we can provide ours. Q: Do you offer discounts or deals?A: Yes, for first responders, military, students and teachers. Just show us ID that indicates your status and we will increase your breakables by 10% or call us and we will give you a coupon code for online check out. Q: Can I bring my own breakables? A: Yes, within reason. Your ex’s car is NOT reasonable. (yes, someone tried, we don’t have to make this stuff up!) Q: Do you recycle? A: Yes, all metals are going to a recycler for melting, the glass will be taken to a recycling facility and/or donated to artists for use in new pieces of art. Q: Do you accept donations? A: Heck yeah!!! If you have any breakable items that you no longer need, box them up and bring them with you next time. You can help provide a great experience for someone else.Q: Do you have gift certificates? A: Yes, we can sell you a gift certificate in person or drop one in the mail for you. Due to the Covid cases increasing, we are asking for appointments again. If you happen to be in the neighborhood and we dont have a booking, just give us a call and see if we can fit you in right away. Masks are optional. We will also put one on if you are more comfortable. Q: Can I participate if I am expecting a newborn? A: Unfortunately, no it’s not worth the risk to anyone. Due to safety issues and the high likeliness of physical wear and tear, the Rage & Destruction staff cannot allow pregnant women or those with severe health issues, or people with mental illness to participate. Q: Are pets allowed? A: While we are big fans of pets (as you can see by our partnership with the Humane Society of Arizona Thrift Store), we just cannot risk the safety of our furry friends. Q: What if I want to rage on something different? Are you flexible? A: Yes, we can set up a room with balloons, inflatable people, mannequins and eventually we plan to do theme rooms. Just think, if you are a teacher (and it has been a rough year for all teachers!!) we can set up the room like a class room and let you smash away. Let’s get creative!!! Maybe a hospital room? An office space? Advance planning and pricing will be mandatory.
